This SoBuy wall-mounted desk from Amazon doesn't quite fit within the hidden desks category, but with the laptop removed it appears to be a regular bookshelf, so it's one of those secret desks in plain sight. 
As wall-mounted desks can be positioned at any height, they make great standing desks too. Just position them at the height you need to stand rather than sit.
